The hotel is conveniently located near the Hospital Clinic station, with great facilities including well-appointed rooms and a variety of delicious breakfast choices like cereal, pastries, and scrambled eggs.

What I liked best was their location and their customer service. location is perfect as it was just over 5 minutes from an underground station that leads to one of the best and most connected lines, in my opinion, in Barcelona (line 5). Apart from that there were good places to go for a drink, lunch, lunch and dinner very close to the hotel. customer service was unbeatable. We were always greeted both when entering and leaving the hotel; apart from that, everything we asked for was brought to us. An example of this was that we needed extra hangers, housekeeper, I think it was her, brought them to us immediately and without any reply; in fact, she even asked us if we needed more.

The wifi, although good, sometimes failed. The walls were very thin and you could hear those in the adjoining rooms and obviously they could hear you too. Since we were in Barcelona almost all day long, we only went there to change in the middle of the afternoon or to go directly to sleep, so I don't know if it was during the whole day, but when we were there you could hear quite a lot of traffic (and ambulances). What, at night you could hardly hear any noise in the street, and we had the advantage that the windows seemed to be soundproofed. The bathroom dryer was not very powerful, and could not be used for long as it stood. It is suitable for someone with fine hair or hair that is not very thick.

Decent sized room and functional bathroom with all necessary facilities. Easy check-in and late check-out, parking inside hotel.

Breakfast poor.

Reasonably priced and lovely welcoming hotel. Amazingly polite staff at the reception desk. The restaurant food is great. The breakfast offered is tasty with yogurt and bacon, for example.

In general good beds and bath ,although I had to request soap does not exist put one fixed in rain and roll that is not enough . Very bad hair dryer I had to ask for one at the reception. Very expensive minibar.

It wasn't well placed to go on the Gothic Sweep Tour. If hotel and staff very good .. I mean Dario who is in reception at night was exceptional in his treatment and very competent in everything .. In the morning reception I do not remember the name was also excellent in their treatment and give us permanent help .. The hotel for price is a little high for what it provides .. I asked for an electric kettle with two cups to have in the room, they never brought us that low quality to facilitate what one as a guest needs. The breakfast was very expensive and we were not very willing to check out, there was no place to leave the luggage and we had to wait with rain downstairs without being offered a coffee or something. The rest is good. Save the stay the reception staff. Very inefficient maid.

Convenient location. From and to the airport in half an hour can be reached by airbus. To the tourist areas 2-3 km, never used the metro. A good but monotonous breakfast. You won't get bored in 3 days, of course. It's clean and cheap.

The soundproofing of doors and ceiling slabs is terrible. One day I got sick and stayed in my room to get some sleep, but it was impossible, I can hear every movement of the maids when cleaning the rooms, especially those from above. There is no kettle in the room, but you can ask for it in advance (several times it was needed hot water, at night there is no place to take it) and there was no writing utensils, the first time I come across this. And the room, of course, with tiny two beds, although I was alone, it was not very comfortable to sleep.

The room is high-class and newly decorated, with city views. I am glad to have a mini-bar, central heating, and a work desk.- The staff at the reception desk is very attentive and everything is very good.

It's a very comfortable and pleasant hotel. We spent only one night, but without thinking twice I would spend a whole vacation. The room where we stayed was spacious and cozy, as was the bathroom. The quality-price ratio in our case was excellent; I have been in hovels in Barcelona where they have charged me quite a bit more than here. Besides, the location is unbeatable; the Eixample is a very nice neighborhood that is full of cafes and restaurants and from there you can move to any part of the city.

It is true that the room was silent (despite having the window on Valencia Street), but as the doors had no system to prevent slamming doors, it was inevitable to hear people leaving their rooms. It wasn't a big problem anyway. Breakfast seemed a bit expensive so we had it at a nearby cafe (the neighbourhood is full of them).

The number was much better than the photo. We ordered a small room, but it seems that because of the small workload (we were in winter), we were given a bigger room. The room was very spacious and cozy. The bathroom was spacious, the bathtub itself was big. All clean, good repair, a normal double mattress, not 2 single beds nearby. . . The staff was responsive: they asked for a corkscrew at reception, we were also offered glasses for wine. They said we could return it when we moved out. They didn't take breakfast because there was a lovely bakery across the street. Huge towels, extra pillows, good TV.

Sometimes the front door wobbled because of the draught, it was creepy.

The rooms were reasonably large with reasonably clean bathrooms. The breakfast was tasty and delicious, included cereal, pastries, and scrambled eggs.

The female staff members were helpful and friendly. I was in the city for the first time and wanted to to a few things, and the ladies took the time to book me a flamenco show, give me a map and give me clear directions to get to where I wanted to go. It was close to a very good bakery with fabulous baked, chocolate doughnuts, not the one nearest but the next one after on Valencia towards Gracia! It is within 20-30 minutes of the main shopping areas.

I had problems with the plumbing and heating, it was very cold in my room and it took a couple of days to sort this out. I couldn't use the shower/bath. The male staff seemed lazy and not bothered to help me with my queries.

This place offers reasonably spacious and charming accommodation, with an amazing restaurant and exceptionally pleasant staff, modern rooms with a double bed, big windows, and the possibility of early check-in.

Very friendly and helpful staff! Location is also central, 5 min walk from Hospital clinic station. Pl Catalunya is 15 min away on foot. Close also to many bus stops. Hotel has everything you need to stay in Barcelona!
